Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
All products are supplied in bulk quantities. Standard MOQ ranges from 500 to 1000 pieces depending on the product type. Custom MOQs may be negotiated for long-term orders.
Pricing
All prices quoted are subject to change based on raw material costs, GSM specifications, and order volume. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of order acceptance.
Delivery
Standard delivery timelines are 7–15 business days from order confirmation. Timelines may vary for custom orders. Royal Touch Innovation is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are discussed and agreed upon at the time of order. Advance payment may be required for new clients.
Quality Assurance
Products are manufactured under ZED-certified quality processes. Any quality concerns must be raised within 5 days of delivery with supporting evidence.

Governing Law
